In the final case of Example 5, we've again built the Neighborhood Navigation a' la carte', but then we wrapped it up into a common wrapper container.
Specifically, we've asked for just the active neighborhood links block and the neighborhood headers block and skipped the static and trailers blocks.
We did want the neighborhood tour block however and just called it in with a seperate function call, and then placed it on the page in it's default wrapper.
