Introducing Neighborhood Navigation™
Welcome to ahr's Neighborhood Navigation Sample Usage/Example pages.
Neighborhood Navigation is an open sourced php class that enables you to define your entire site within 2 simple php arrays, and then include attractive navigation on any defined page with as little as little as 2 php statements.
Neighborhood Navigation output is done in modular blocks, giving you great flexibility in building logical navigation for your visitors.
CSS2 external style sheets drive all of Neighborhood Navigation's layout, enabling you to easily integrate it's navigation blocks into complicated page designs. It even includes a built-in site map.
Browse through these examples to get a sense of what you can do with the Neighborhood Navigation Class, and then check out the NNReadme.txt and the code behind this page to see how simple it is to set up.
The package as a whole, makes a great tutorial for beginning and intermediate php programmers, and for developers, Neighborhood Navigation™ is plenty sturdy enough to use on client sites, giving you facility to quickly extend sites or change them around.
This class is particularly useful with dynamic sites featuring mixed content including for example static pages, a blog, links to an online store, and special areas implemented as subdomains.
Please let the author know where you've implemented Neighborhood Navigation.
